Palestinian and Islamist terrorist organizations

In addition to Hamas, which was primarily responsible for the murderous act of terrorism in southern Israel on 7 October 2023, there are various other organizations in the Middle East that aim to destroy the state of Israel and some of which are considered terrorist groups: Palestinian Liberation Organization PLO with Fatah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad PIJ, Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine PFLP and Hezbollah (Party of God), which is predominant in Lebanon.
