How the new peace organization should function

According to the information available so far, US President Donald Trump’s “counter UN” will be organized in a similar way to a company.
Board of Peace. Accordingly, the “Board of Piece” led by Trump himself will have the function of an administrative board. Its members will not be diplomats, but heads of state and prime ministers. As a rule, the Board of Peace will meet once a year. It will call in external advisors for its decisions as required. Aryeh Lightstone, an American diplomat who was involved in negotiating the so-called Abraham Accords (the peace treaty between Israel, the Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Morocco), and the economist Josh Gruenbaum are already known.
Executive Board. The Executive Board will be responsible for operational management. It is the actual management of the organization and will initially be chaired by US Secretary of State Mario Rubio. It will also include President Trump’s special envoy and close confidant Steve Witkoff, Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, who is well connected in the Middle East, the former British Prime Minister Sir Tony Blair, the CEO of the major investment firm Apollo Global Management, Marc Rowan, Ajay Banga, the President of the World Bank, and Robert Gabriel, the US government’s Deputy National Security Advisor.
The High Representative. The peace plan for Gaza is initially at the top of the priority lists of the Board of Peace and its management, the Executive Board. In the medium and long term, however, the organization will also be involved in other peace projects. A delegate has therefore been appointed for Gaza to oversee this project. This is the former Bulgarian top diplomat Nikolay Mladenov, who is held in high esteem by both Israelis and Arab states.
Gaza Executive Board. Mladenov will be supported by various advisors. Like Mladenov, they are part of the so-called “Gaza Executive Board”. This advisory body is to be chaired by Steve Witkoff, President Trump’s special envoy. Executive Board members Jared Kushner, Sir Tony Blair and Marc Rowan will also belong to it. Other members of the Gaza advisory team are Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Qatari government representative Ali al-Thawadi, General Hassan Rashad, the head of Egyptian intelligence, Arab Emirates Minister Reem al-Hashimy, Israeli-Cypriot businessman Yakir Gabay and former Dutch Deputy Prime Minister Sigrid Kaag, who is the UN Coordinator for Humanitarian Assistance and Reconstruction in Gaza.
National Committee for the Administration of Gaza NCAG. Under the supervision of Nikolay Mladenov and supported by the Gaza Executive Board, a 12-member Palestinian technocratic body will be responsible for the reconstruction of Gaza and its population as a kind of transitional government. This “National Committee for the Administration of Gaza” will be headed by Ali Sha’aht, a civil engineer from Gaza who has held various top positions within the Palestinian Authority in the past.
International Stabilization Force ISF. An important part of the peace plan for Gaza is the demilitarization of the coastal strip. This means that the terrorist organizations that still control Gaza today must be permanently disarmed: Hamas and Islamic Jihad. There is talk that this will be the task of the newly formed Gaza Police Corps. However, the so-called International Stabilization Force, a military unit made up of army personnel from various countries, will also play a primary role in demilitarization. It will be led by the American Major General Jasper Jeffrers.
It is still largely unknown which countries are willing to participate in the ISF. Who the ISF will report to has also not yet been officially communicated. However, it can be assumed that this will be either President Trump as head of the Board of Peace or US Secretary of State Mario Rubio as Chairman of the Executive Board.
