Israel and the (anti-Israeli) UN
The Middle East, and Israel and the Palestinians in particular, are an ongoing topic in the United Nations (UN). Various private non-governmental organizations (NGOs) also deal with the Palestinians.
Investigations have shown that both the UN’s own Palestinian refugee relief organization UNRWA and private NGOs working for the Palestinians are often infiltrated by members of Palestinian terrorist organizations and are controlled by them behind the scenes. There is also a permanent anti-Israel sentiment within the UN itself, with Switzerland also supporting many of the one-sided resolutions against Israel in recent years.
