The Fatah
Within the PLO, Fatah is the largest and most influential faction. Both the PLO and Fatah are led by Mahmoud Abbas (previously by Yasser Arafat).
Fatah “officially” renounces terrorist attacks. However, its armed arm, the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, is responsible for numerous attacks in Israel.
